Why is SHC 2020 and HBV Cure 2020 being postponed?
Due to the worsening spread of COVID-19, SHC had reviewed the situation with strong advices from faculty and local government ministries, SHC has decided on a postponement of the meeting. It is rescheduled to take place at the same venue.

When has SHC 2020 been rescheduled to?
The confirmed dates are 4-5 June 2021.The confirmed venue is Suntec Convention Centre, Singapore.

I have registered and make payment as a delegate. What should I do now to initiate a refund?
We apologise for the inconvenient caused. We will be in touch shortly to initiate the refund process. Do kindly note we will be making a full refund minus admin fees charges by banks and agencies.

Will my abstract still be accepted to present on rescheduled conference dates?
As SHC and HBV Cure strive to provide as updated data and knowledge to the time of the conference. All abstracts submitted in year 2020 will not be presented and published. You may wish to re-submit the abstract when abstract submission for SHC and HBV Cure 2021 opens. We will be updating with the new abstract submission dates for Year 2021.

I have already submitted my abstract. Do I need to resubmit it?
If you would like to present your abstract at the rescheduled conference of 4-5 June 2021, you would need to submit a new version of your abstract when the abstract submission for 2021 opens in 2021. There is no transfer of abstracts from 2020 to 2021

I have applied for the preceptorship programme for 2020. Will my application be transferred to 2021?
In the spirit of learning and providing most updated data and knowledge at SHC and HBV Cure, all Preceptorship application in 2020 will not be deferred to 2021. You may re-apply for the Preceptorship programme 2021 when the application opens. You can choose to resubmit the same case or a new case.
